My approach
My fundamental premise is that each one of us has an inherent wisdom that knows the answers to the questions and challenges that confront us as we journey through our life. Most of us, however, have stopped trusting that wisdom!
As a New Insights trained and certified life coach it is my pleasure, and my privilege, to provide the space and tools to facilitate the accessing of that wisdom in order that my clients might lead fulfilled and enlivened lives.
When we are true to ourselves our whole world benefits, and I am there to assist, encourage and guide my clients. I have a capacity for deep listening and I work intuitively with each client. I am passionate about personal transformation and am interested in working with committed people who have the courage and willingness to take full responsibility for their lives.
My background and experience
Over the course of my adult life I have spent time as a Graphic Designer, a Reflexologist and a Landscape Designer. I am also a Sculptor and Artist, and have been a practising Astrologer for over 25 years.
Underlying everything I have done has been a personal search for purpose and meaning, coupled with an inherent passion for healing and transformation, both mine and others’. Fundamental to my life is the belief that we all have our own ‘vein of gold’ and becoming a coach was a natural evolution for me as it allows me the privilege of using my talents and experience to assist people make real and lasting positive change in their lives.
I currently work as a Coach, a Time to Think™ facilitator, and an Astrologer.
