About Me

I am a qualified New Insights Certified PRO Life Coach with a background in psychology and education. I am also a registered member of COMENSA (The Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa) so you can be assured of my ethical and professional approach to my coaching.

On turning 50, I took a life-changing decision to practice what I was preaching – to find a job that you really love doing, and not get stuck with the safe option that you don’t really enjoy.

I was in a situation where I had to decide to find another administrative job or to do what I had been wanting, but too scared to do – go out on my own and become a coach to help people in all walks of life.

I chose to train with New Insights because their approach focuses on life coaching that is transformational rather than transactional. I wanted to empower my clients to understand themselves and their situations fully and to take full responsibility for their choices and actions. I wanted to provide my clients with tools that they could implement even after we parted ways; tools that would promote their self sufficiency and sustain their new lives.

Going from simply surviving to truly living a life of purpose takes courage and a bit of help and that is where I come in.

My Coaching Services

Life Coaching

I offer life coaching services to anybody searching for direction in their lives or some aspect of their lives.

It could be choosing the best subject choices for possible careers for school children. Or it could be retirement coaching when you reach the end of your career. Or it could be absolutely anything in between.

If you need coaching to transform your thinking and approach to your health, finances, career, relationships and/or spiritual life, you need someone who truly understands the transformational process and can walk with you hand in hand.

I offer coaching sessions either face-to-face or via online platforms. I also  deliver group or individual coaching. I am willing and able to configure my coaching sessions to best suit your needs.

My coaching sessions follow the New Insights structured programme with additional sessions and information included where necessary to ensure that you receive the best  guidance and support and that you will be able to implement it during and after our time together.

EQ Assessment

An option I offer is an EQ Assessment. This is an online assessment of your Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The results can be used to identify and coach the areas that can be improved on to help you deal effectively and decisively with all situations that you are confronted with.

Business Coaching

I offer business coaching to companies or organisations that need to improve their service delivery and/or improve the relationships between colleagues and/or departments within the company so that all their staff from top management right to the cleaning staff understand each one’s role within and value to the smooth and efficient service delivery.

If all staff members understand the importance of their jobs, they tend to buy into the ethos of the company pr organization better and will therefore deliver better customer service, which in turn ensures the sustainability and growth of the business.

The EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Assessments are an integral part of my business coaching approaches.
